    The prices of each article are quoted including VAT, where applicable.

    The transport costs, as flat-rate contribution, are also subject to standard VAT where applicable. The prices indicated are the ones that the customer must pay concretely with the addition of a fixed contribution to the shipping costs, shown directly in the purchase order, for any order and any destination in Europe, including Switzerland.

    Items are covered by a warranty that lasts for years 2 (two), pursuant to art. 128 and following of the European Consumer Code, harmonized for Switzerland.



    On all products it is applied the guarantee: "Satisfaction Guaranteed." With this guarantee, if an item does not exactly match the expectations, it will be returned within 30 days of receipt, unopened, by following the procedure indicated on the forms accompanying the goods, and require replacement with other items or refund.

    The "Satisfaction or your money back" guarantee is in fact extended to 30 days, compared to 10 normally provided for distance sales. The warranty applies to all products where this guarantee is due by law and is excluded for certain types of items such as products used and / or sold at auction. The costs incurred for the return shall be borne by the customer.


    Under Article. 64 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer), the Customer Code has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason and without giving reasons, to the conditions set out below. To exercise this right, the customer must contact our customer service by sending an email to and request the "Nr Return Authorization" (RMA). The goods must then be returned at the customer's expense within 30 days from the date of delivery of goods (rather than within the 10 days provided by the Consumer Code).

    Swiss Stellage SA, will refund the amount paid for the purchase of goods returned by making a bank transfer and in the case of payment by credit card, the transfer of the amount charged and within 30 days from the date on which Swiss Stellage Sa was informed of the withdrawal. This right does not apply to products used and / or sold at auction as provided by current law.


    The goods are shipped to the customer with free packaging and is accompanied by an DELIVERY GOOD. The invoice is issued in real time at the time of order and is immediately inserted into the appropriate section of the site, within the customer's account.



    Swiss Stellage SA agrees to make deliveries of items available in about 4-5 days from receipt of order.

    There are two modes of delivery:

    • by Express Courier. Delivery times are 24/48 hours and the parcel is traceable on the carrier's website; The parcel is delivered to your home and in case of absence at the time of delivery notification will be left. The Customer will be required to contact the Express Delivery Customer Service responsible for agreeing a new delivery, as per the instructions sent by Swiss Stellage knows in advance by mail to each order.
    • by Post The times are approximately 5-10 days and the parcel is not traceable unless such service is being provided; in case of absence at the time of delivery, the package will be left at the post office nearest to the withdrawal, or as was the custom of the Post Office of the receiving country.



    A fixed contribution to the shipping costs, the amount of which is indicated directly in the purchase order, is required for each order. The transport costs, as flat-rate contribution, are also subject to standard VAT, where applicable.
